Passion Quest 1

Someone once said, " If you don't have a passion worthy dying for, you have nothing worth living for. If you are not willing to suffer for something, you really aren't passionate about anything."

The question is, what are you passionate about? What's that something that causes you to look forward to the day ahead the moment you wake up in the morning? What's that something that causes your blood to pump hard and gets you adrenaline rushes the moment you think about it? What's that something that causes you to react like Popeye the Sailor when he says, “That's all I can stands, and I can't stands no more!” and you must make a stand for that something?

So, what are YOU passionate about?

Even when you have something you are passionate about, the real question is,

Is what you are passionate about worth living and suffering for?

This May and June, Passion Quest will be invading UCSI, seeking to inspire students to embark on this journey of Passion in life. An hour packed with inspiring multimedia presentations, exciting activities, engaging talks. Intriguing discussions are just some of the things you can expect in each Passion Quest session.

Come and meet new friends, hear what other students are passionate about and discover your own passion!

What are you waiting for?! Buckle up your belts for this journey and we'll see you there!!!

Deal or No Deal?

In life deals are made, deals are broken. In the end are the deals trustworthy? Life throws many challenges at us with obstacles in our way hampering our every effort trying to live a meaningful life. However, there is only one deal which needs to be made and accepted. The one deal which would enable us to life a meaningful life and experience life to its fullest potential. Have you been given that deal or promise? Unsure? Uncertain? Would you want to know more?

Come this Friday and we'll show you more. Deal? Or No Deal?

Escalate

Escalate is the new theme of UCSI CF in the coming year. What does escalate mean? It simply means growing firmly with the Lord spiritually and consistently. This coming semester we want to challenge all of you to identify and to find out where God is in your lives; what is your passion and where does God fit in your daily life also to care for your brothers and sisters in Christ in the processes.

However, the posting here will not do justice as in the true meaning of Escalate and what John 15:5 actually means. This week we will have our very own CF advisor; Uncle Meng Yew do speak to us from God's word what Escalate really means and to challenge each and every single one of you to find where God is in your lives.
So do join us this coming Friday!
