Burn Out

Sometimes we get ourself occupied with many things, our studies, our work, our friends, and sometimes, our ministry in serving God.

Honestly answer, what matters to you most?

Is that what God wants for you to do?

Does stopping for a moment mean you're not serving Him anymore?

Don't you feel tired?

Here are some of the things we would like to enlighten you about this Friday at CF. We'll have our very own drama team act out a short and simple skit entitled "Not For Your Desserts".

No Need, No Seek

Sometimes in life we do encounter difficulties, failures, dissapointments and many more stuffs that will hinder us. But do we ask ourselves that when everytime all these things happens to us, who would we normally turn to? Do we turn to our parents? Our best friends? Or we just keep them to ourselves and not letting everyone know what is happening to us. Well do you know that there is ALWAYS someone who listens to you regardless of what you are going to say?

Come to the Father
Though your gift is small,
Broken hearts, broken lives,
He will take them all.

Yes exactly, He is God, our Father who listens to us no matter what our problems are. He listens, and He helps us even in times when we least need Him.

So do join us this Friday to understand more about His love for us. But before that, we need to understand clearly, who is our first love?

Hey people, we are back. And yes, we will be resuming our meeting this Friday after last week's awesome trip to Taman Pertanian. For this week we will be touching on the topic of 2G2S. What is 2G2S you ask? Well, it simply means 2 Generations 2 Struggles. This week's meeting will be a forum based meeting, where we will have penalists to answer some of the questions that you guys have submitted weeks ago regarding questions and struggles faced by 1st and 2nd generation Christians. For those who have questions and have yet to submit to us, well guess what, you can ask our penalists this Friday. So what are you waiting for? Do come and join us this week for a time of praise, fellowship and learning together.

Don't Panic, Let's Picnic.

Attention people, we will not be having CF meeting this coming Friday,28th of May 2010 because it is a public holiday. Instead, we will be having a picnic at non other than Taman Pertanian in Shah Alam. We are gonna have so much fun playing games and having a small picnic together. There will be activities like Skytrex, Paintball and Flyfishing, but you have to pay on your own. For those who have registered their names, please remember

1. To meet up at UCSI lobby, Block A at 8am sharp.We will not wait for late comers though because we want to avoid the jam.
2. Bring a bottle of water
3. To bring a spare of clothes for games
4. That the entry to the park is rm3
5. Bicycle rent for an hour is rm 3 as well
6. Lunch is not included

Where Is The Love?

As you travel along your life-long journey, have you ever felt that sometimes you just don't feel God's love, as if He abandoned you or have forgotten about you? Well, to be exact, God never forgets about us, it's just that we are often too ''busy'' seeking for Him.

As mentioned in the Romans 5:8, "But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us.". What do you understand about this love of His, and how can we as His children get back to him after we have ignored Him or even forgotten about Him?

For this week, we will be having a speaker who is going to talk to us about losing our first love. Who is our first love you ask? Well, do come and find out this coming Friday.

Hey peep's! We're BACK!!! Yes you read that right, CF meetings are on as usual again this coming Friday with a new theme, purpose and direction to freshen up your Uni life.

Our theme for this whole new semester is R.O.F.L. Yup, thats right, R.O.F.L, which doesn't mean Roll On Floor Laughing. No! It means Rediscovering Our First Love. What basically is our first love you ask? Well, do join us every Friday to find out more.

The flight to a new journey begins this Friday. So don't miss it and do bring your friends along. Both new and old!
