Sisters' Day!

What goes around comes around. That's right; last month we had brothers' day, now it's time for SISTERS DAY! Before it was the sisters who prepared a wonderful afternoon for the brothers in which all of them felt oh so appreciated. Now it's time for the brothers to step up to the hot plate to see if they can do as good too!

So now it's time for the sisters to sit back and relax and to feel pampered by the brothers in CF this week as we celebrate SISTERS DAY!

Friends Forever Musical

Hey guys, its here the musical you've all been hearing about during CF meetings. Friends Forever; a musical by the Kuala Lumpur Baptist Church Youth will be staged at UCSI this coming Thursday! Do bring your friends along for an evening of song and drama by youth's ages 13 to 17 years old. This production is entirely run and produced by teenagers, so it's sure going to be interesting. Do avail yourself that night to lend your support to these youth's who are passionate about God and proclaiming his glory through this musical. Worship will be lead by Paul and the CF team that very night as well.

The teacher decides to give an assignment and asks the class to define the question, "What Is A Friend?" The students discuss over the issue, some frustrated and even asks, "Who doesn't know what a friend is?" As the students ponder over the subject, many real life situations are brought up and the bond of friendship becomes closer among them. Finally, one of the students who is a Christian declares that Jesus is His best friend. No one would ever die for someone by being a friend but Jesus did. The musical has many witty lines and all the songs are accompanied with choreography. It will appeal to young people because many of the issues discussed relate to them.

Do be there for this unforgettable event!

Knowing Him Personally

Ever wondered how to know someone at a more personal level? How to develop a meaningful relationship with someone else? Christianity is very much a relationship between God and us. To allow this 'relationship' to grow and blossom, we need to make the initiative to know Him at a more personal level. There's a difference between knowing 'about' God and knowing who God actually is.

This week at CF we'll be discussing on how you can know who God really is. With us this week is our very own Deputy Vice Chancellor; Associate Professor Chin Peng Kit to share with us on how to know 'Him' personally.

So do join us this coming Friday for a fruitful time of learning and fellowship with one another.

Associate Professor Chin Peng Kit; the Deputy Vice Chancellor of University College Sedaya International (UCSI) has been a regular speaker at UCSI CF in recent semesters. Graduated from the University of Victory in New Zealand, Associate Professor Kit also serves as the Youth Advisor for Cheras Gospel Centre Youth Fellowship. Associate Professor Kit is an eloquent speaker who also teaches at the Annual Inter-Brethren Assemblies Residential Bible School (RBS) at Highlands Christian Centre in Cameron Highlands and also ministers to fellow believers at various Brethren churches.

Brother's Day

Yes you read it right, this Friday is all about the brothers; all the guys out there. It's time to feel and to be appreciated by the fairer gender. Time and time again it's the ladies who get the appreciation, but this time it's the GUYS turn! =)

This Friday, the ladies have prepared a special program for the guys and for CF. What's going to happen? I have totally no idea, but do come to find out. It's going to be a fun filled time of fellowship and mingling with one another at this Friday's CF meeting.

Don't worry Sister's Day is right around the corner and it'll be the GUYS turn to appreciate the sisters =)

ICE CREAMO-licious!!!

Hey guys,

CF this week is something we've not had in CF before, at least for a long LONG time. Yes that's right we're going to have an ICE CREAM party!!!

You'll be able to gobble up as much ice cream as humanly possible absolutely free. Besides the ice cream they'll be a short praise & worship session, a game as well as something TOP SECRET that the committee has prepared. Wanna know what it is? Do come and join us this friday!

The only catch is, you have to bring someone who has not come for CF before or at least has not done so in a while. But if you can't? It's okay just come anyway? =)

So do come join us at the Lounge in Block A this Friday. Yes CF this week will be in the Lounge (next to the boardroom) in Block A.

Hey peeps!

Had fun enjoying all the food and drinks during Chinese New Year? Well guess what, TIME'S UP!!! Yup you heard me, time to put down all you cookies, drinks and ANG PAU's!

CF is BACK!!! and it's time to get moving cause time is running out.

This week we have an interesting object lesson cum practical session for all of you regarding evangelism and sharing the gospel with your friends. So do come and bring your friends along too for this time of fellowship and learning!

Hey people, as all of you might already know Wednesday is a PUBLIC HOLIDAY!!! =) *wuhoo* But fret not Friday isn't. SO CF is STILL on this coming Friday. This week we have an interesting topic for all of you at CF.

INFLUENCER

Speaking to us this week will be someone whom most of you have seen around campus. He's none other than Prakash Daniel; UCSI's Public Relations Executive! Being a former UCSI student, CF Committee Member and CF member, Prakash would be sharing his experiences on how he and his fellow CF-ers stood up for Christ in UCSI and how they became the Salt & Light of the campus for Christ. This is all in prepration for our up-coming Easter rally in March.

So do join us this week for another wonderful time of fellowship, praise & worship and sharing together as one in CF. Details of this week's meeting is as follows:

Wait was that the Romans or the Greeks? Anyways, we had an amazing time of praise & worship and fellowship last week. Once again we want to warmly welcome all our new friends who have joined us from near and far. To those of you who were too shy or busy to join us last week?

We're back again this week for an eventful CF meeting. This week we're going to have a life action simulation game which we have entitled 'Roman Empire' .

Want to know more about it? Well drop on by this week and we'll have LOADS of fun and fellowship, but ultimately a lesson to be learned with each activity. Bring your friends along too for this fun filled time of learning and fellowship.So do come dressed in ancient Roman attire (if you have any) it would be REALLY interesting to see some =) .

We're BACK!!!

Hey CF'ers we're back with a new year, a renewed purpose and a renewed zeal to serve God in UCSI. We're up with a new site which hopefully would be more easily accesable to everyone unlike the previous sites that we had.
